but you can set up any username you like. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve chosen a username, click on &#8220;create&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/aimeevo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/create-username-on-zoho-mail.jpg\" alt=\"create username on zoho \" class=\"wp-image-7101\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aimeevo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/create-username-on-zoho-mail.jpg 700w, https:\/\/aimeevo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/create-username-on-zoho-mail-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You can add 4 more emails accounts connected to this domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I\u2019m just going to add one email account in this example<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Proceed to Setup Groups&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also organise your emails into groups <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However we don\u2019t need to setup groups, so we will click on <strong>\u201cProceed to DNS Mapping\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-f7dd8090 gb-headline-text\">DNS Mapping &#8211; delete the old email records and use only Zoho&#8217;s records. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>On Groove\u2019s name servers, it does take a bit longer for the DNS records to propagate.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So if your SPF records don&#8217;t verify straight away, please wait a couple hours and come back to verify your SPF records. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on <strong>&#8220;Proceed to DKIM Configuration&#8221;<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-6985d81e gb-headline-text\">Adding DKIM Records to Groove.cm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DKIM<\/strong> is Domain Keys Identified Mail &#8211;
