I’m going to give you real life demos of the top 14 copywriting templates that all online business owners would find useful when using Jasper.

Because if you’re running an online business, you’re going to need to create content for:

• Articles or videos: that could be in the form of epic blog posts or making video to share online.
• Sales funnel: you’ll need copy for your headlines, sub headlines and persuasive bullet points on your landing or sales pages.
• Social media posts: this includes FB post copy, IG captions or formulating questions that drive engagement.

1. AIDA Framework Template

This is one of my favourite templates in Conversion.ai as it’s the oldest copywriting framework in the world that simply works for all marketing messages.

AIDA stands:

• Attention: catch the prospect’s attention so that that it gets your audience’s interest.
• Interest: develop the prospects interest in your product or service.
• Desire: illicit the prospect’s desire for your product or service with specific benefits.
• Action: have the prospect take action to become a customer.

Here’s what I entered in the AIDA Framework template:

• Company/Product Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Product description: This is a weight loss course for women that allows you to lose 6 months of weight in 14 days. You can slim down, burn body fat and be bikini ready or prepare for a photoshoot quickly.
• Tone of voice: n/a
• Output: 2 (meaning I want Conversion.ai to generate 2 copy outputs)

Here’s the first copy output that Jasper generated:

Not bad at all right?!

It reads well and it makes sense grammatically as well.

Here’s the second copy output that Jasper generated:

• Attention: Do you want to lose weight?
• Interest: The Photoshoot Diet is a course that teaches women how to lose 6 months of weight in 14 days. It’s designed for busy people who are looking for an easy way to get back into shape and feel great about themselves. You can slim down, burn body fat and be bikini ready or prepare for a photoshoot quickly with this program.
• Desire: This diet will teach you the right foods to eat, what exercises work best and how to maintain your new figure long after the program ends. There’s no need for expensive gym memberships or fancy equipment because all of these workouts can be done at home without any special gear! I like this copy output by Jasper too.

However I would change the Attention copy with a stronger hook instead asking “Do you want to lose weight?” since that’s a bit generic.

Here’s the thing … Jasper provides copy suggestions based on the type of content you feed it.

Therefore you need to make edits and tweaks to the copy to suit your needs.

2. PAS Framework Template

Another popular copywriting framework is the Problem, Agitation and Solution framework.

• Problem: Show how your prospects prospect their problems via a pain point or struggle.
• Agitation: Once you’ve identified a pain point, agitate this by agitating it.
• Solution: Make everything better by revealing the solution to their pain point.

Here’s what I entered in the PAS Framework template:

• Company/Product Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Product description: This is a weight loss diet for women that allows you to lose 6 months of weight in 14 days. You can slim down, burn body fat and be bikini ready without exercise. This program works for everyone, exercise is optional but not required. It is the fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion.
• Tone of voice: friendly
• Output: 2

This time around, I was a bit more specific stating that it was a diet and exercise is optional but not required.

Here’s the copy output that Jasper generated:

• Problem: Women, especially those that are in their 30s and 40s often have trouble losing weight. The body is changing with age, metabolism slows down and it becomes harder to lose weight.
• Agitate: There are many diet programs for women available on the market but none of them can guarantee fast results like Photoshoot Diet. It is a revolutionary new program specifically designed for women over 35 years old who want to slim down before an upcoming event or holiday season.
• Solution: This 14-day diet plan allows you to shed 6 months worth of fat without exercise in just 2 weeks! No more struggling with diets that don’t work! You’ll get your sexy back when you follow this easy step-by-step guide. All meals are included so there’s no need to cook or count calories ever again!

Wow… I’m super impressed now.

I did not tell Jasper it was for women over 35 and he’s pinpointed my ideal target audience.

Jasper has obviously scanned the internet and noticed a bunch of content around weight loss for women over 35.

The remaining copy suggestions makes sense too with slower metabolism as you age and that you don’t need to count calories on the program.

Ok, let’s try another copywriting template.

3. Sentence Expander Template

This template is when you have a short sentence like under 80 characters and you want Jasper to expand it into a longer sentence that is creative and engaging.

Let’s take the Attention output from our AIDA results and try to expand “Do you want to lose weight?”

Here’s what I entered in the Sentence Expander template:

• A few words or a short sentence you’d like to expand on: Do you want to lose weight?
• Tone of voice: Helpful
• [Optional] Output language: English
• Output: 1

Here’s the copy output that Jasper generated:

I want to lose weight! How do I begin?

This one was OK, although I would stick to using a short sentence instead of a question in the sentence expander.

It’s worth putting a bit more effort in the prompts to see what Jasper can come up with.

4. Content Improver Template

This template allows you take a piece of content and have Jasper re-write it in a more engaging and interesting way.

It’s similar to the sentence expander template but you can enter up to 400 characters and feed Jasper more information to give you better results.

Let’s take some of the copy output from the PAS template and try to improve one part of that content piece.

Here’s what I entered in the Content Improver template:

• Content: There are many diet programs for women available on the market but none of them can guarantee fast results like Photoshoot Diet. Sometimes, you just need to slim down fast before an upcoming event or holiday season to give you a kickstart.
• Tone of voice: Helpful
• [Optional] Output language: English
• Output: 1

Here’s the copy output that Jasper generated:

Stop stressing over your weight. The Photoshoot Diet is the perfect plan to help you lose pounds fast!

This result was a bit meh…

Let’s shorten the content input by making it shorter to “Sometimes, you just need to slim down fast before an upcoming event or holiday season to give you a kickstart” and see what we get.

Here’s the copy output that Jasper generated:

One of the best ways to get you in shape is a quick and easy diet. The key thing about these diets, though, they have to be short term for maximum effectiveness.

Love it! much better.

The added sentence on making this diet short term by Jasper is key as you would want to go back to a long term sustainable diet plan instead of sticking to a quick weight loss diet.

Let’s move on to another template to see if we can come up with blog post ideas for this product that will hook readers in.

5. Blog Post Topic Ideas Template

Sticking to the weight loss for women theme, we want to create a blog topic that will engage readers and rank on Google.

TIP: I recommend doing some keyword research first and using your target keyword within the template.

Think of this as blog post title generator instead of a blog post outline because there is another template for this.

For this template, you can enter in example outputs to help train Jasper in understanding what you want.

Here’s what I entered in the Blog Post Topic Ideas template:

• Company Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Product Description: This 14 day program helps women lose weight fast before a vacation. It’s for the woman who doesn’t have much time for meal preparation and needs easy tips on how to lose weight while taking care of her family.
• Audience: Moms
• Tone of voice: Helpful
• Examples: 10 tips to lose weight fast before a vacation
• Examples: How moms can lose weight fast
• Examples: 10 foods to lose weight fast
• Output: 3 (I want 3 potential blog topic titles)

Here’s the 3 blog post ideas that Jasper generated:

• 6 tips for losing weight fast
• What is the most effective weight loss tip for moms?
• Why losing weight is harder for moms than it is for others

The copy generated included variations of my target keyword and I could research other long tail keywords like “why losing weight is hard for moms”.

The copy suggestions I really like is:

• “Why losing weight is harder for moms than it is for others”

The title calls out moms who want to lose weight and has a curiosity element.

6. Blog Post Outline Template

This template works best when you’re creating a “how to” or “listicle” blog post or article and want Jasper to generate an outline of topic ideas.

We will use the topic idea Jasper generated in the Blog Post Topic idea template and see what outline it comes up with.

Here’s what I entered in the Blog Post outline template:

• Blog post title / topic: Why losing weight is harder for moms than it is for others
• Tone of voice: Helpful
• [Optional] Output language: English

Here’s the copy outline that Jasper generated:

1. The hormonal changes that come with pregnancy and breastfeeding can make it more difficult to lose weight
2. Moms are often too busy to exercise, making them less likely to burn calories
3. Moms may feel like they don’t have time for themselves because of their children’s needs
4. Some moms may not be able to afford healthy food or a gym membership
5. Stress from work and family life can cause some moms to overeat or eat unhealthy foods as a coping mechanism
6. Many mothers are so busy taking care of everyone else that they forget about themselves until the damage is done

Oh my gosh, I think I’m in love with Jasper now.

I love how we were able to grab one of the blog post topic ideas and put it back into the blog post outline template.

Without having to do any research, I’ve now got an outline on what to write and everyone of the suggested outlines makes sense.

Of course you can do some further keyword research to make sure everything ties in nicely.

What I would do next is re-work this outline with H2 headings as keywords in your blog post to rank for multiple keywords using SEO.

Next step is putting it in the long-form assistant to have Jasper literally write out the content for me!

No need to outsource this to an article writer that charges min $30-$50 per 1000 word article on UpWork.

Let’s move on to other templates that you would be useful for landing and sales pages for sales funnels.

7. Perfect Headline Template

This template has Jasper trained with formulas from the best copywriters in the world.

It’s perfect to use for an opt-in landing page and sales page when you’re promoting a product or service.

If you’re creative, you can re-work these headlines into Youtube video titles, Pinterest text overlays, Instagram titles and more!

Here’s what I entered in the Perfect Headline template:

• Company/Product Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Product description: This is a weight loss diet for women that allows you to lose 6 months of weight in 14 days. You can slim down, burn body fat and be bikini or vacation ready without exercise. This program works for everyone, exercise is optional but not required. It is the fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion.
• Customer Avatar: busy mom
• Tone of voice: curious
• [Optional] Output language: English
• Output: 3

Here are the headlines that Jasper generated:

• Discover the secret to losing weight fast and easy
• Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days without exercise
• Get a flat belly in less than 2 weeks
• Try our diet for free today, no strings attached!
• You can lose 6 months of weight in 14 days
• BBW to Bikini or Vacation Ready without exercise
• Lose the pounds and inches for your special occasion
• Be sexy, healthy and confident this summer!
• Slim down in 2 weeks
• Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days
• Get bikini ready fast without exercise or dieting
• The easiest and fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion.

I went a bit crazy with 3 outputs not realizing that one output would generate 4 headlines.

Nevertheless, I really like the headline “Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days” – it’s shocking but also peaks a persons interest in reading the next line.

Now if I were you, I would NOT use this headline for Facebook ads or Google Ads landing page because your ads won’t get approved as they don’t like unrealistic claims.

This headline might work better when you’re sending traffic to a sales page with an existing email list or a blog post.

Let’s come up with a sub-headline to go along with this headline.

8. Website sub-headline Template

You can use this templates to create informative sub-headlines (H2) for your websites, blog posts, landing page or sales page.

For this template, you can enter in example outputs to help train Jasper in understanding what you want.

Here’s what I entered in the Website sub-headline template:

• Product description: This is a weight loss diet for women that allows you to lose 6 months of weight in 14 days. You can slim down, burn body fat and be bikini or vacation ready without exercise. This program works for everyone, exercise is optional but not required. It is the fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion.
• Headline: Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days (using the results from Perfect headline template)
• Tone of voice: Exciting
• [Optional] Output language: English
• Examples: Photoshoot Preparation Diet Plan
• Examples: And Force Your Body To Burn Fat
• Output: 3

Here’s the copy outline that Jasper generated:

1. The Photoshoot Diet is a weight loss diet for women that includes a seasonal detox guide, weekly meal plan and fast fat burning teas. It shows you how to lose six months of body fat in only 14 days.
2. No exercise required.
3. This is the fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion!

The first sub-headline was too long winded and not relevant so I’m going to flag it as “bad content”.

Yes, you can tell Jasper that the copy output was bad and flag it by clicking on the flag icon on the top right corner.

I do like the last sub-headline: “This is the fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion!”

So by combining the “Perfect Headline Template” and “Website sub-headline template”, we created this:

• Lose 6 Months of Weight in 14 days
• The fastest way to lose weight for a special occasion!

You now have a landing page or sales page with a perfect headline and sub-headline.

Now you do realise this is for demonstration purposes only and I don’t endorse crash diets :)

But it does get you curious enough to read the next line.

Let’s move on to how you can transform features into benefits to fill out the copy on our landing page.

9. Feature to Benefit Template

This template works by turning your product features into benefits that compel people to take action.

Great if you want to promote a lead magnet or break up a sales letter with benefit driven bullet points.

Here’s what I entered in the Feature to Benefit template:

• Product description: We help women lose 6 months of weight in 14 days for a special occasion. This program includes a food list and workout tips to maximize fat loss. Exercise is optional but you can still lose weight without exercise on the program.
• Tone of voice: Exciting
• Output: 2

TIP: I would write the product description like as if you’re describing a product to see what benefits Jasper can come up with.

Here’s the 2 benefit copy outputs that Jasper generated:

• Standard benefits:
  • Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days.
  • No exercise necessary to lose weight.
• Emotional benefits:
  • Feel better about yourself and your body.
  • Enjoy shopping again for clothes that fit you better

• Standard benefits:
  • Lose 6 months of weight in 14 days.
  • Get back into your favorite dress for a special occasion.
• Creative benefits:
  • Feel confident and attractive again on the big day.
• Emotional benefits:
  • You’ll be able to fit in your clothes better than ever before!

Jasper categorizes benefits into:

• standard benefits
• creative benefits and
• emotional benefits

So you can pick and choose the types of benefits to include in your sales copy.

Not bad at all, I would go back and re-write the product description again with transformational or result driven words and see the other types of benefits Jasper can come up with.

10. Before-After-Bridge Framework Template

I think this template is great for writing sales letter and email copy to promote a product.

Especially when you want to highlight the prospect’s world:

• Before they found your product
• After they found your product and
• Bridge it by introducing your product as the solution

Here’s what I entered in the Bridge-After-Bridge template:

• Company/Product Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Content description: A 14 day weight loss program to help women lose weight fast before a special occasion. Exercise is optional but you can lose weight without any exercise. This program helps you get a kickstart in your weight loss journey.
• Tone of voice: witty
• Output: 2

Here’s the 2 copy outputs that Jasper generated:

• Before: You feel insecure about your body and you want to lose weight before a special occasion. You’ve tried dieting in the past, but it never works for you!
• After: Imagine losing 10 pounds in just 2 weeks without any exercise or pills. This program is designed to help women lose weight fast before a special occasion by eating healthy foods and avoiding unhealthy ones.
• Bridge: The Photoshoot Diet helps women lose up to 10 pounds in 14 days with no exercise or pills required! It’s easy-to-follow meal plan will have you feeling great about yourself again in no time at all.

• Before: You’re tired of being overweight and you want to lose weight fast. You’ve tried other diet programs before but they never worked for you!
• After: Imagine losing 10 pounds in just 2 weeks without starving yourself or doing any exercise. The Photoshoot Diet is a 14 day program that helps women get ready for special occasions by helping them shed the extra pounds quickly and easily.
• Bridge: Lose up to 10 lbs in two weeks with the Photoshoot Diet, a revolutionary new approach to weight loss that can help you look your best when it matters most. By combining smart eating habits with effective workout routines, this program will help you achieve your goals faster than ever before.

I really like the second copy output.

Since Jasper doesn’t really know what my product is all about – I could have entered more specific details of the weight loss program in the “content description” area of the template.

These 120 words generated would be perfect for writing an email follow-up sequence.

However if you were writing a sales letter, you would expand upon the Before, After, Bridge by interweaving stories.

By the way, there’s also a template in conversion.ai called “Creative Story” where you can write deliciously creative stories to engage your readers.

That’s the key in conversion.ai is by combining multiple copy templates to make compelling copy!

As someone who doesn’t know how to write copy, this just saved me an hour of writing in just one minute.

Lets move on to finding a template to use for your social media posts.

11. Engaging Questions Template

Want to fire up your engagement rate on social media and get those likes, hearts and reactions?

This template helps you generate engaging questions to increase engagement.

Here’s what I entered in the Engaging Questions template:

• Topic: Losing weight for women
• Audience: stay at home moms
• Tone of voice: casual
• Output: 3

Here’s the copy outputs that Jasper generated:

1. If you only had 30 minutes to workout, what would you do?
2. Do you have any recipes for healthy meals that are easy to make?
3. What are some great ways to support yourself when you’re not feeling so motivated in regards to your weight loss journey?
4. What is a way that I can divert my attention from food while at the grocery store?
5. Any advice for beginner runners on pacing themselves and on wearing good running gear while training?
6. What advice would you give your younger self about losing weight?
7. What are some healthy things that you find make a difference in your life?
8. How did you stay motivated long enough to get your goal weight?
9. How do you keep in shape now so that the weight doesn’t creep back on?

OK this is way way cool!

Instead of the usual tips or business advice posts, I always had writers block when it came to asking questions to increase engagement.

This is definitely my go to tool now!

Because who doesn’t like to comment, help and share when they see questions like that?

12. Photo Post Captions Template

This template is specifically designed to write eye catching captions for your Instagram posts.

Despite Instagram being such a visual social media platform, you’ll find nearly every type of business on this platform.

Here’s what I entered in the Photo Post Captions template:

• What is your post about: workouts to do at home for moms
• Tone of voice: engaging
• Examples: n/a
• Output: 2

I chose not to add any examples to train Jasper, just to test the software on what type of copy it would generate with limited information.

Here’s the copy outputs that Jasper generated:

• #tbt to when I was still able to fit into my old workout clothes! #mombod
• This morning I did my workout at home for moms: coffee, computer, kids.

I love the first copy output!

Jasper used hashtags which is so crucial on instagram and had the target audience reminiscence about the old days when they didn’t have kids.

#tbt throw back thursdays and #mombod are definitely hastags used a lot in the IG community among moms.

The second copy output was OK…

It would have sounded better with “Morning workout for the sleepless mom: coffee, computer, kids”

TIP: I would search #mombod on Instagram and look at posts with the most engagement. Then add that as copy examples to train Jasper.

13. Email Subject Headlines Template

We all know that the money is in the follow-up and email marketing is a great way of nurturing your leads.

But you have to get people opening your emails in the first place.

This is where the subject headlines template is handy because it helps you write compelling email subject lines that get readers to open.

Here’s what I entered in the Photo Post Captions template:

• Company/Product Name: Photoshoot Diet
• Tone of voice: excitement
• What is your email about? This email is promoting the launch of our weight loss program that helps you lose weight in 14 days. 20% off for the first 100 people.
• Output: 3

Here’s the 3 email subject lines that Jasper generated:

• 15% off your weight loss program for the first 100 customers
• The first 100 people who sign up will get 20% off
• We’re launching our new weight loss program to help you slim down and feel great in 14 days.

Not bad at all.

The key here is to add a bit more specific information in the “what is your email about” section.

Since an email subject line asking your subscribers to read a new blog post or watch a Youtube video would be different than that of a product email.

Let’s use the template again to have people read an article on weight loss:

This template claims that you can create a video intro that will capture your viewers attention and compel them to watch all the way through.

Since I post weekly videos on Youtube, I’m always looking for ways to increase my video’s retention rate.

Here’s what I entered in the template:

• Tone of voice: witty

Here’s are the 2 copy outputs that Jasper generated:

Not bad at all in terms of structure but 100 pounds over the last year is extreme and seem too good to be true.

• Hook: Hey, I’m [ENTER NAME] and you may not know me but I recently lost 10 pounds in two weeks for a vacation.
• Introduction: You ever feel like your weight is holding you back? In this video, I’m going to show you how to lose 10 pounds in under two weeks, with just a few simple steps that anyone can follow.

I quite like the second output because it hooks people in with a promise.

The introduction is short and sweet with curiosity of what they will learn by watching this video.

With Youtube these days, people don’t have the patience to sit through a drawn out introduction.

They want a brief introduction and for you get into the juicy bits.

Now there are 50+ useful copywriting templates for you to choose from…

Such as product descriptions for ecommerce, Amazon product descriptions and bullet points, SEO title and meta descriptions and the list goes on.

I’m going to leave it to you to test and have fun with the remaining 36+ copy templates in your account.

On that note, Jasper has been adding more copy templates based on user requests!

So if you have a particular use case where it requires copy or content, you can request a template for that.

Document Assistant Tutorial

Now the long-form assistant tool is my FAVORITE tool in Conversion.ai for writing long form content.

Unfortunately this tool isn’t available on the starter plan.

It’s only available in the Boss Mode plan because you can generate UNLIMITED words.

Going back to our weight loss for women example.

We can use the document assistant to write a blog post on the topic of “Why losing weight is harder for moms”

If you were to hire a freelance writer and have them write a 1500 word article…

A fluent English writer would charge you a minimum of $50+ USD for a well researched articles of that length.

Using this tool, I was able to generate a 1500 word article that was extremely accurate in less than 30 minutes.

FOR REAL and no b.s.

Alright, let me show you how to use the long-form assistant tool with a tutorial and demo.

Once you’ve upgraded to the Boss Mode plan, you’ll see the document assistant appear on the home dashboard.

Just click on the long-form assistant block below:

You’ll arrive to the “document content” editor with prompts to fill out 3 steps:

Step 1. Describe the content you want to create

This is the most important step in helping Jasper understand what you want to write about.

Now it’s still a software so if you put in garbage, you’ll get garbage results.

The better you can describe what you want to write, the higher quality content Jasper will help produce.

HINT: My bonuses will help you with this :)

All I did was enter in the the copy outputs that Jasper generated previously using the blog templates.

However I recommend you start with the following format:

“I want to write a blog post on [topic/keyword] into step 1

Just feed the copy outputs back into the long form assistant.

Step 2. Enter Your Title

Enter your own title or let Jasper help you generate ideas.

Even though I know I want the title of the blog post to be “Why it’s harder for moms to lose weight”

I want to see what Jasper suggests by clicking on “Generate ideas” for the blog post title.

Here’s the topic titles Jasper generated:

Not bad, it’s given me 8 reasons why losing weight is harder after you had children.

I think I’m going to stick to “Why It’s Harder For Moms to Lose Weight” as a title.

People always like questions blog post because they want to read someone else’s perspective.

Step 3. Intro Paragraph

Write your own intro paragraph or let Jasper generate an introduction paragraph for you.

I’m pretty bad when it comes to creating an intro so I’m going to use Jasper by clicking on “Generate ideas”

And here’s the intro paragraphs that Conversion.ai generated:

I really like the first introduction paragraph output!

It hits on emotional elements of trying to raise a family, working and the responsibilities of a wife and mother.

Then it hops into reasons why.

I’ll select the first introduction paragraph by hovering on it and selecting “use this one”.

Once you selected the intro paragraph, the setup is now complete.

Then click on “Open editor”

The next screen with give you a quick tutorial on how to use the long form assistant content editor:

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to use the content editor inside the long-form assistant:

1. Write next sentences with AI: Click “Compose” to make Jasper continue writing for you. Decide whether you want to the length to be short, medium or long. When the button is disabled write 10 more words on your own before Jasper can go again.

2. Highlight to re-write text: All you need to do is highlight the copy output and click the smiley face button for conversion.ai to re-write it.

3. Highlight to format text: same deal here, you just highlight a word and turn it into a heading by using the formatting toolbar.

4. Use short codes: Shortcodes help Jasper understand the structure of your document and produces better outputs:

• *** : Place 3 asterisks in your content to prevent Jasper from seeing above that point. This helps prevent Jasper from generating duplicate outputs.
• ## : Place two hash symbols in front of headers to guide Jasper towards the topic at hand

5. Power Mode: This is super cool because when you switch to power mode, you can can use the copywriting templates inside the long form assistant.

When I’m in the content editor, I switch to power mode to reuse the copy outputs that was generated previously.

Immediately, I go in and change the bullet points into headings to give the article some structure:

Once I’ve done that, I’ll click on “Compose”.

How cool is that?

You just make a few edits and add some words to guide him on what to write next.

Then click on “Compose” and he’ll pump out more content automatically.

Just keep repeating this and you’ll end up with a 1500 word article written for you.

However to really make the long form assistant work…

You would conduct keyword research first and create an outline of the type of article you want to write.

Then organise your main keywords as sub- headings into an outline of topics to pump out high quality content fast.

I really can’t complain much here because the software saves you sooo much time and money in creating high quality articles and sales copy.

Conversion.ai’s pros definitely outweigh its cons, especially on the Boss Mode plan.

Is It Worth It?

Writing does not come naturally to me, in fact – I hate writing and dread doing this.

I use Jasper day in and day out now to write headings, descriptions, emails, youtube video titles and social media post copy (without having to use much brain power).
